Human Routes is an independent consultancy led by Janice Attersley whose human resource expertise is widely recognized across Canada.

Janice Attersley has had a lifelong passion in believing that the human element is what drives success at work. Her 25 years of diverse experience has included working at the pinnacle of both private and public sector organizations in guiding human resource policy and practice. Janice knows that for any workplace to compete today, organizations need to harness their greatest asset for success --- their people! She offers a wide range of key HR services as well as specialty services aimed at enhancing company profitability as well as maximizing individual performance.

Janice is a certified Human Resources Practitioner (C.H.R.P.) and has operated her practice in both Alberta and Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc.) from McMaster University, is a graduate of the prestigious Banff School of Management Executive Program and taken other related post-graduate training courses in a variety of human resource topics including conflict management, diversity and strategic HR studies.

A frequent key note speaker, community philanthropist and workshop leader, Janice travels across the country addressing a variety of audiences with her humour and insight into the salient "people issues" facing organizations today.
